Costs of a wireless interlinking system

The costs involved in any system will depend on how much work is required, the number and types of units required, and labour time involved. However, given that heat, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms can all be wirelessly interconnected, this will be quicker and less destructive than the hardwired alternative, saving contractors both time and money.

Once implemented, different fire alarm systems will also have varying energy usage and running costs. As all FireAngel Specification smoke and heat alarms have extremely low energy usage and running cost (on average less than 10% of other AC alarms!) this will help lower energy costs for tenants, contributing in a small way to more affordable housing.
