Fire Safety

Join FireAngel at The Fire Safety Event 2023

We're looking forward to exhibiting on stand 3A/E55 at the UK’s largest and fastest growing exhibition for fire safety, held from 25-27th April.

Expert in connected safety, FireAngel, will be exhibiting on Stand 3A/E55 at this year’s Fire Safety Event, showcasing its social housing IoT solution, FireAngel Connected, to a network of fire safety managers, health & safety officers, risk assessors and consultants.

Continuing to fulfil its mission to protect and save lives with innovative, cutting-edge home safety technology, FireAngel Connected is the most technologically advanced fire safety solution for social housing in the fire safety market.

FireAngel Connected offers a purpose-built cloud and IoT-based solution to help social housing landlords monitor fire risk, gas safety, water leaks and electrical appliances throughout their properties from a single remote platform.

Data monitored in real-time can alert social landlords to the status of heat, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms in a property if triggered or in need of maintenance, in turn, eliminating wasteful visits, staff time and administration fees.

With the unique automated AI capabilities of FireAngel Predict® built-in – the only solution of its kind in the market – an instant, real-time fire risk level unique to each property is provided, enabling active intervention before a fire starts.

FireAngel Predict

The Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities aims to pass the Social Housing (Regulation) Bill by May 2023. The regulation will dramatically reform the housing sector to protect tenants’ lives and place landlords under greater pressure than ever before to address problems rapidly. IoT now allows landlords to deploy a host of sensors in properties, enabling housing providers to monitor for fire risks and the onset of condensation, damp and mould, ensuring holistic resident safety.

Attendees of this year’s show will be able to receive hands-on demonstrations from FireAngel’s team of Social Housing and Specification experts. FireAngel’s Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer, Nick Rutter, will also be on the stand to discuss what the future holds for fire safety technology and the next FireAngel innovations.

Nick Rutter, FireAngel’s Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer, says: “IoT and AI advancements are driving technological innovation in housing associations and strengthening the golden thread of information for buildings. We can take resident safety and wellbeing to previously unachievable levels using additional Zigbee sensors, enabling housing providers to prioritise condensation, damp and mould interventions and increase fire prevention measures for residents who need it most.

“We invite visitors to our stand 3A/E55 to learn more about how connected technology can cut risks in social housing, save lives, and provide more intelligent ways to manage properties and budgets.”
