The unit has both smoke and carbon monoxide sensors for detection of both dangers. It has clear indicators and alerts to allow you to see which is present when the alarm sounds. Install alongside further units and a kitchen heat alarm for complete protection.
The unit comes with a sealed, tamper proof battery that will last the lifetime of the alarm. The sensor life is 10 years, so to ensure you're properties remain protected we recommend you advise individuals to replace the unit after 10 years.

FAQ's
Our FireAngel Carbon Monoxide (CO) detectors are designed so that alarms can be wall-mounted or left freestanding within a property. Ideally, a CO alarm should be installed in every room with a fuel-burning appliance e.g gas hob, open fire, boiler. Additional alarms may be installed to provide adequate warning for occupants in other rooms, by placing alarms in rooms in which they spend considerable time whilst awake e.g living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens.
