FireAngel events are back

September 2021 shaped up to be a busy month as FireAngel’s exhibition season returned once again.

Following an 18-month break due to the Covid-19 pandemic, September saw the fire industry reunited at events held across the country giving delegates the chance to network, discover new products and gain a deeper understanding of evolving fire safety legislation.

Join us as we reflect on our key highlights on returning to in-person events once again…

Sponsoring the NFCC Prevention and Protection Conference

The feeling of excitement around meeting face to face was tangible at the NFCC Prevention and Protection Conference, held on 2-3 September in Warwickshire.

The two-day conference, proudly sponsored by FireAngel, provided the opportunity for delegates to catch up with everyone since the last fire industry event held in early 2020.

Alongside the opportunity to exhibit at the conference, FireAngel’s Co-founder and Chief Product Officer, Nick Rutter, presented the concept of Connected Communities to delegates on how adopting a data driven approach can help reduce fire risk amongst communities.

Exhibiting at the UK’s largest fire safety event

Held at Birmingham’s NEC, The Fire Safety Event brought together five industry shows all under one roof.

The FireAngel stand remained busy throughout the three-day event, as delegates discovered more about our connected technology including new developments such as our ceiling mounted cellular gateway and FireAngel Predict®.

Ian Ballinger, FireAngel’s Head of Projects and Certifications, attended the event saying it had been a “fantastic show”.

“The events of the last 18 months have been traumatic for many reasons,” Ian said. “It’s great to finally get back in front of our customers face to face to show them what as a company we’ve been working on, not just before the pandemic but throughout the pandemic as well.”

Leading the way in connected conversations

FireAngel also exhibited at the Elex Show Coventry, held on 16-17 September at the CBS Arena. At the event, delegates found out more about our extensive range of mains and battery powered solutions including our Grade D1 Specification range of multi-sensor smoke, enhanced heat and advanced CO alarms.

And at the ASCP Safety & Compliance Conference, held on 23-24 September at Telford’s International Centre, our connected technology was a hot topic of conversation.

As the only conference dedicated to safety and compliance in the social housing and facilities management sectors, it was an ideal opportunity to communicate and demonstrate how FireAngel is leading the way with state-of-the-art connected technology to deliver efficient and desirable home safety solutions.

We were also delighted to be the headline sponsor of the ASCP Safety & Compliance Awards. It proved to be a fantastic evening recognising the achievements of the inspirational individuals and organisations working within social housing and facilities management sectors.

Throughout the rest of 2021 and through to 2022, FireAngel will be exhibiting at more in-person exhibitions, digital events and online webinars. Watch this space!
