FireAngel are looking forward to both sponsoring and exhibiting at the Housing Technology Conference 2023, hosted as a hybrid event for professionals to join both digitally and in person at the East Midland Conference Centre in Nottingham.
Book your tickets to experience two days of sustained networking and thought-provoking presentations, covering key developments for housing such as data management, digital transformation, IoT, agile infrastructure, cyber security, finance & procurement, tenants as consumers and more.
During the conference, FireAngel’s Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer Nick Rutter will be presenting on Wednesday 8th at 11.15pm in Conference Room 1.
During his presentation, Nick will look at how the Internet of Things (IoT) can support landlords in future-proofing properties against continuing legislative and societal changes. As the government considers the need for a standalone damp & mould standard for socially rented homes, discover how this advanced technology can support overstretched resources to create connected spaces that empower communities and enable the safe, secure sharing of real-time property insights for proactive, targeted interventions.
With limited spaces available, we recommend heading to Conference Room 1 around 11am to secure a spot for this insightful presentation.
Alongside sponsoring the conference, FireAngel will be exhibiting in the Exhibition Hall during both days. Visit our friendly team to learn more about how FireAngel are leading the way with state-of-the-art connected technology to deliver efficient and desirable home safety solutions.
Discover IoT powered resident protection with FireAngel Connected, our cloud-based platform that allows users to take advantage of Predict®, an AI-powered fire risk tool that uses real-time data to give a risk level for each property. This is alongside FireAngel’s Home Environment Gateway, that delivers a holistic resident safety solution, encompassing fire safety, AI-driven risk stratification and background environmental monitoring with temperature and humidity sensors incorporated.
Through additional Zigbee sensors, the solution takes resident safety and wellbeing to previously unachievable levels, enabling housing providers to prioritise condensation, damp and mould interventions and increase fire prevention measures for residents who need it most. The gateway is ceiling mounted and occupies the same footprint of a smoke alarm. It can also be integrated with FireAngel’s Grade D1 alarms, so no additional wiring is required.
Collected data is uploaded to FireAngel Connected, where it can be processed to provide insight on the most vulnerable tenants and properties. Whilst Connected offers substantial insight via its dashboard, it also deploys open-source API code which allows full integration with a landlord’s current asset or resident management system if required.
