Meet the FireAngel Retail Team

Meet our experienced and recently expanded retail sales team. Everyone has a wealth of great knowledge and deep understanding of the home safety solutions market, applying energy and tenacity to their roles as key account managers. Nurturing relationships with retailers and Fire & Rescue Services, all our team members know that when they come to work every day, they are helping to save lives.

The People

Hannah Drinkwater – Head of Account Management

Hannah has been with FireAngel for over eight years. Her deep understanding of the home safety solutions market, retail, Fire & Rescue Services, and U&L means she can lead from the front as the key account manager for the majority of our Retail partners.

Tom Warner – New Business Account Director

Tom has been with us for over a year now, leading the New Business team in strategic top-target client acquisition. Full of energy and determination to match, Tom loves nothing more than cementing relationships and opening doors to new ones.

Sufyan Mustafa – National Account Manager, New Business

Sufyan is the newest member to the FireAngel Retail team and he has hit the ground running. He is eager to continue this momentum and we’re looking forward to seeing how Sufyan progresses, knowing he will be a significant benefit to the team.

Jay Singhera – National Account Manager

Jay has been an essential part of the Retail team for nearly three years now, initially juggling the responsibilities of both existing accounts and new business development. Jay has recently taken on the new responsibility of Fire & Rescue Service South Account Manager.

Will Scott-Howes – National Account Manager

Will is another recent addition to the Retail team, being part of FireAngel for six months now. He is a wizard at planning promotional activity and has facilitated some great results for our partners.

Mark Jones – National Account Manager

Mark has also been with FireAngel for just over six months, and is an excellent relationship builder, always focusing on strengthening connections. Mark has been able to make an impact from the start and we look forward to seeing this continue.

The Team

At FireAngel, no matter your position, there is always room to improve and learn, so we have plenty of training and development away days and training sessions during the year, tailored to skills and development of individuals. We know that nothing happens in isolation in an agile, successful business and so we make sure teams are always collaborating and communicating with each other. From marketing to R&D, and product development to tech support, we always learn from each other and lean on each other for a stronger wider team at FireAngel.
