Homeowner?A non-responsive alarm could be because it is out of date or the battery needs replacing or because it has not been connected correctly. Make sure that the alarm has been installed correctly and that the pin has been removed from sealed battery alarms. To test your alarm press the circular button on the front of the alarm. If the alarm is still not responding, please contact our Customer Support team.
