Introducing FireAngel’s new range of carbon monoxide alarms, calibrated and rigorously tested in-house alongside third party testing to receive the BSI Kitemark certification.
The new range features intelligent sensing technology, enabling the alarm’s high sensitivity mode to be activated if it predicts CO levels will increase to or above 180ppm for a rapid reaction to rising levels of CO. All FireAngel alarms also have 85DB alarm sounders in line with updated standard requirements.
With the latest sensing technology, a clear loud alarm and BSI Kitemark approvals, this carbon monoxide alarm offers the highest level of CO detection and will replace any end of life CO-9X-10 alarms.
Sync-It™ (NFC technology)
The FA3328-EUT CO alarm features Sync-It™ (NFC technology) to provide advanced diagnostic technology. With Sync-It™, data extraction from a device is made quick, quiet and contactless. Using the FireAngel Installer app, simply hold a mobile phone on a CO alarm to transfer and securely store device data. Find out more about how to use Sync-It™ (NFC technology).
Using the FireAngel Installer app, Sync-It™ NFC technology can download device data, including logged property temperature and humidity recordings from individual devices, which can then be viewed as a report.
The unit comes with five year warranty and a sealed, tamper proof battery that will last the lifetime of the alarm. The sensor within the unit will deteriorate after 10 years, so to ensure you’re protected, we recommend the unit is replaced after this time.

With a multi-functional LCD digital display and array of exclusive features such as Alarm Memory, Ventilate Instruction and Environmental Sensing, the FA3322-EUX10 offers the highest level of CO detection for a property. Tenants can experience both audible and visual safety warnings with the digital screen, which displays temperature reading in standby mode and highlights dangerous temperature and humidity conditions to encourage intervention. The display also changes colour to indicate various warnings to residents for clear safety advice.
Our FA3322-EUX10 Digital Display Carbon Monoxide Alarm comes with a sealed, tamper proof battery that will last the lifetime of the alarm. The sensors within the unit will deteriorate after 10 years, so to ensure you’re protected we recommend you replace the unit after this time.

Our latest range of carbon monoxide alarms offer a variety of new safety features.
Enhanced CO sensing
The alarm’s high sensitivity mode will be enabled if the alarm predicts CO levels will increase to or above 180ppm for fast reaction to rising CO levels.
With low level CO monitoring, a pre-alarm warning to open windows helps reduce the risk of CO poisoning and prevents build-up of dangerous CO levels. If a room is not ventilated and ppm levels continue to increase, the alarm will activate.
With the alarm memory function, the red LED will flash to provide a visual indication of a previous CO alarm activation.
Night sensing & sleep easy
Night sensing lowers the brightness of alarm’s heartbeat sensor and automatically activates ‘sleep easy’ mode, allowing residents to silence low battery chirps for 8 hours, up to 10 times.
Following amendments to the Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm (England) Regulations 2015, since October 1st 2022 a carbon monoxide alarm is now required in all rooms where there is a fixed combustion appliance – such as gas boilers or gas fires – once the compliance date is announced. However, gas cookers are excluded from the updated regulation.
Landlords must also repair or replace alarms when notified of a fault, but regular alarm testing will remain the responsibility of the resident. The smoke and CO alarms must comply with BS EN 14604 (Smoke) and EN 50291‑1 (CO) and carry a British or European approval mark, such as a Kitemark.

To activate a new CO alarm, pull the disabling tab out of the device and wait up to 1 minute for the green LED to flash to confirm the alarm is active. For the FA3328 only; activate the device by
attaching the base plate. After 1 minute, press the test button to hear the alarm sound. Please note, the alarm will not sound before the 1 minute activation period is complete.
