What should I do if my alarm does not sound when I test it?

If your alarm does not sound when you test it:

  • Check that the alarm has been activated.
  • If you have only just installed the alarm, wait a few seconds for it to settle before testing.
  • To hear the alarm at full volume, press the Test button twice.
  • If the alarm has recently been silenced, it may temporarily be in a mode where it cannot be tested. Wait 10 minutes, then try testing it again.

If the alarm still does not sound, get in touch with our Customer Support team, as the alarm may need to be replaced.
