AI-powered fire risk tool Predict™ uses live data to give a real-time risk level unique to each property.
The Gateway design allows it to be attached to an existing mains-powered product feed, so it is quick and easy to install by maintenance teams. A FireAngel Smoke detector can then be installed on to the base, reducing the need for additional wired points.
The Gateway can connect with other Zigbee sensors within a property, such as water leak detectors, panic buttons and motion sensors. It also has built in temperature and humidity sensors to identify environments which may lead to the onset of damp and mould in a property.
Putting resident safety first, FireAngel Predict™ supports prioritised interventions and increased fire prevention measures, to potentially prevent a life-threatening event from occurring.
